Your First Visit
To Our Practice
On your first visit to our practice, we want to learn as much as we can about you and your family's medical history. This essential information allows our dentists to understand your general health.
Let us know if you are pregnant, diabetic, or have a history of heart disease. Your oral condition interacts with your systemic health. If you have a complex medical history we will adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Please bring a list of current medications and vitamins you take to each routine appointment.
Plan to be at our office longer than you would for routine appointments. During this visit, our team would like to answer any questions you have. We also review your insurance coverage with you and help to complete the necessary forms.
Our Bayshore dentists complete a clinical examination and create your mouth map chart. Charting keeps track of any changes in your oral cavity over time and enables your dentist to make accurate diagnostic and treatment decisions.
Your 5-star Experience
Our patients enjoy warm conversations and dentistry that fits their lifestyle. Each patient is supported and cared for while we looked after their oral health.
We are committed to your 5-star experience.
